“I go to New York City once year: My co-workers and I take a group of theater students, we see 8 broadways shows, I get a *carrot cake donut* at the Doughnut Plant in Grand Central Station, and I’m a happy girl for one more year. I always have a good experience! I get my favorite, and then something new. Everything I’ve ever tried there has been phenomenal. (This time is was a coffee cake doughnut - it was inspired! SO good!) “First time trying K-Munchies. Came in with my 3yo son and instantly greeted by the husband of the adorable husband-wife duo. Ordered the single smash burger and twist donut with Umma's coffee. He was such a humble and kind soul and even offered for me to wait in the car to which he would bring out the food for us but we opted to wait inside for the food and had a great conversation and a few laughs. Food came out quick and was delicious. Whatever that smashburger sauce is was so good. We THOROUGHLY enjoyed the twist donuts. “My family loves this bakery. Whenever we are in the neighborhood we stop by for some sweets. Their mochi donuts are always fresh and the croffles never disappoint. I love the variety of croffles they have…my daughter has had the both the strawberry and nutella croffles and she loves them both. Coffe isn’t bad either.“

“Their food is okay, but a few hours before close they had already run out of options. Would have been better if they had all the flavors they typically offer and you can tell that some of the ones they had left had been sitting there for a while. When they come out fresh, they taste great and the flavors they have like Oreo, Uber, Cappuccino, Strawberry, and Matcha are typically good.“

“The Mango Mousse cake is fantastic. It comes in different sizes: single-serve or birthday cake. Top mango layer is dense and creamy. Middle layer is whipped mango mousse. Bottom layer is chocolate cake. Overall, very fresh and fragrant. Give it a try!“

This location seems to be fairly new and very clean for the most part, the place is very spacious clean and has a variety of things to choose from. I was very impressed with a Service, and that made my selection from the Pizza Hut section. The snacks section was endless as well. I chose a personal pepperoni and a plain as they were two for $8.I also noticed that they make sandwiches as well. Next time I will check out their big shop to see what they offer. This time I was unable to do so because my Uber showed up quicker than I expected.“

Only this store has decent quality of coffee with correct price.

Store manager Michael here trains employees properly and maintain the store and drinks quality the best.
I don't use other dunkin donuts cuz they always make it wrong or charge different price over $8 for Ice latte..

“The coffee was very good, they have very good service and the store was clean overall. I ordered a coffee with the breakfast sand which coupon. I told the worker I was using a coupon and that I also needed the free sandwhich and he agreed. When I got my order I only got my coffee and I was waiting for my sandwhich. He started telling me I never told him I needed the sandwhich when I clearly did. Other than that the experience was wonderful.“

Kamal is the best employee at this location! The most professional and friendly out of the rest. Listens and is very attentive, doesn’t chat over my food/beverage as he’s preparing it, stellar accuracy with my orders, and is ALWAYS in a good mood which is very welcoming. Give this man a raise! He deserves it and has surely earned it.
