I’m honestly surprised that this location is considered underrated. In my experience, it is one of the few stores in NYC that consistently follows proper brand standards and maintains a high level of customer service. The Store Manager is always available at the front end and genuinely makes an effort to assist customers whenever needed. I ordered here by mistake, but was the best experience ever. Mo the manager was so nice and understanding. He was open to different ways to help me resolve my error. Very impressionable for my first time. I'll come back again
