If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I went to this Dunkin’ and ordered a Turkey Sausage, Egg & Cheese on a Croissant — with NO EGG. I made it very clear to the cashier, and he even repeated it back to me. Everything seemed fine until I got my receipt and saw he had put “no cheese” instead of “no egg.”
When I pointed it out, he immediately got defensive instead of apologizing. I told him, “The receipt says no cheese, not no egg,” and even his coworker confirmed it. But instead of doing the right thing and making a fresh sandwich, he tried to take the one that already had egg on it, bring it to the back, and just remove the egg! That’s disgusting and completely unprofessional. When I stopped him and told him to make a new one, he threw the old one out (which was a waste — could’ve at least given it to someone else).
When he finally brought the new sandwich out, he tossed the bag at me across the counter and said, “Here.” I was honestly shocked. What kind of customer service is that? I didn’t do anything but ask for the order to be made correctly.
And it didn’t stop there — he then tried to charge me $2.89 for a CUP OF ICE. When I told him I wasn’t paying for that and to take it off, he sucked his teeth and angrily slammed the cancel button on the payment pad.
This is beyond rude and unprofessional. The attitude from the employees at this location is ridiculous. If you don’t like your job, find another one — don’t take it out on paying customers. I’ve had small issues here before, but this time was the last straw. I will never be coming back to this Dunkin’.

I always get black coffee and 1 sugar at Dunkin’ Donuts in general. It’s been 3 times at this place where they keep giving me diluted coffee. They barely change the coffee machine, so the “black coffee” basically turns out to be light brown and tasteless. There’s 2 different photos from two different Dunkin’ Donuts, one is good and the other is 💩

Service is very very slow . Workers move with no intentions, waited over 20 minutes for a drink. It says all these orders are ready but they are not . I’m in the bottom lol 20 mins later

My friends, staff and I have been to this place and that the staff ordered a cappuccino, and that one of the peers ordered coffee. The food was wonderful, and the service was good. The atmosphere is that there are people that work in there, people eating and drinking, and many other things.

I dont mean to complain but i remember paying for a cappuccino not a regular coffee also didnt put the sugar i asked for, i asked them if they could do it again and handed it to me the same way i was given to initially. Incompetent staff due to poor management and training. Save your money and go elsewhere please

My friend and I went to this store and one of my friends ordered a croissant and a medium hot coffee. The food was awesome and service was wonderful and the atmosphere was busy because people making things and lots of people eating or drinking.
Dietary restrictions: If people have dietary restrictions need to inform the server before ordering.
Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly because families can take kids to this place to have a drink or something.
Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible because just a ramp.
I use to go school near i always eat dunkin and but this Place is smelly i don't like sit and eat there and i take out the ladies who work are working hard they are also nice and polite today they give me wrong oder this is second time i came back and ask politely to the other lady who is there and the short guy with beard and chubby came between and talk really rude and warn to me to be careful next time i dont have time and energy to fight back i dont do tht i came to ask politely i dont know he is captain or manager he is full of ego and showing such a attitude and than they lets me wait 20min more make one Oder . So disappointed and bad such a experience ever

I’ve only been here a few times but I went in and I was standing in line, then a lady came in after me and the employees attended to her instead, I didn’t say anything cuz I didn’t think it was a big deal. However the lady behind kept saying “yea she was here first” but they just ignored me and wanted to attend her instead. The lady was also buying munchkins and ate them while she was waiting to be rung up and then asked for another box of munchkins and I’m pretty sure the employees only charged her for one box of munchkins. On top of that the employees were super slow and when they finally attended to me they were just super rude. Horrible customer service at this place, however decent food. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this place anymore
