Grate food for sure just that they've gotten cheap on the servings on the food and raised the price they use to stuff ur plate...They fail to see and read there own sign all u can take....

I used to always order their signature bourbon chicken but their quality has degraded over these past years with the chicken being overcooked and dry. What's left are the more generic food items you can get elsewhere in or near the mall. The only good thing going for them now is the portion and the variety available for the price.

The food is good always go there everytime visiting the mall
… However the staff working there especially that one short girl that you don’t even see over the counter don’t have any manners they behave as if you are begging or getting the food for free can’t understand why they would put up sign that says eat all you can and then refuse to give u whatever u asked for … my box only had 3 items I asked for one last dish and she refused and close the box very rudely and said no I told her to at least put one piece she said no no you cannot get it keep in mind it was a piece of Cajun potatoes that I was asking for … never going there again I then told her I no longer want anything she said yes that’s fine no worries and started dishing out back the food from the box into the food pans again … went next door instead and got even more food for the same price

Just go to Panda Express instead. This place will give you 2lbs of rice but when you ask for more of their dry chicken or some other flavorless protein or side they will close the box early, stating it’s full. No it’s not. Cmon. Nobody asked for that much rice.

Just leave the food and don’t pay if they try to play games. The food is mediocre and the service is horrible.

Don’t advertise as “all you can fit in the box” if you’re not going to honor your own slogan. Dumb.

my husband and I are violently ill after eating from this place today. he had teriyaki chicken with cabbage, I had bourbon chicken with spinach. we both got the runs & have been vomiting a lot. we won't eat from this place again.

They are a bunch of thieves, they changed the price when you go by the cashier. Also when choosing your food they close the box telling you that it can’t hold anymore, even there is space. They shouldn’t do that!!! I hope they go out of service soon they are too unfair.
