Gong Cha is a pleasant and clean spot to visit for a delicious bubble tea. The drinks are made well, with customizable sugar and ice levels. The boba can sometimes be a bit hard in the center. The location is above ground on the 2nd floor, which might be challenging for mobility-restricted individuals. The staff is friendly and accommodating, happy to assist with special requests. With a variety of toppings available, including ai-yu jelly, which is a refreshing addition to any drink. Recently, they introduced a new mini Pearl topping, offering a nice variation between large sago and mini tapioca pearls. Customers can also find limited edition Snowman bottles, which are very cute with tiny pom-pom scarves and top hats, perfect for the holiday season. The inside space has a few seats, making it a quick on-the-go place to satisfy bubble tea cravings. Customers can order at the machine and pick up their drinks easily, often receiving friendly help if they forget to add toppings like boba. The shop has a self-service pay station and a couple of tables. Drinks tend to be on the sweeter side, so if preferred less sweet, 30% sugar is recommended. Popular choices include TARO, which is consistently good, and the Thai iced tea, offering a Thai experience. Earl Grey with 3 Jellies remains a favorite because of the three jellies on top. Other flavors like DIRTY BROWN SUGAR, Strawberry Taro, Coffee Milk Tea, Lemon AIYU White Pearl, and Mango Milk Tea are also enjoyed by customers. The friendly staff, especially a barista named Prashanth, makes every visit comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, the prices are regular for bubble tea, and most drinks come highly recommended.
