I went to Häagen-dazs at Queens center today to get ice cream, had the worst experience. I asked to redeem my points for a small Ice cream with sugar cone and they refused to give me the sugar cone, told me they don’t have it and insisted I should get the waffle cone for $2. I then went to the register to pay and this is when I saw they had sugar cones in the back, crazy! Then I told them to scan the QR code and they say it doesn’t work it has already been scanned before, when I literally redeemed my points holding my phone infront of their face, crazy again! LOL Häagen-dazs is a nightmare, it’s a joke. They claim it’s premium ice cream, mine was melted vanilla chocolate chip ice cream. I remember Baskin robbins never charged me $10.86 for a small ice cream cone, crazyyyyyyyyy

I had a terrible experience at the Häagen-Dazs in Queens Center Mall. The girl working there was unhygienic and very rude. When I didn’t leave a tip, she started talking badly in a language she thought I couldn’t understand. I will never be coming back.

I had a very bad experience today. I just wanted to redeem my reward from the app and a very rude lady scanned the qr code and told me to pay. I told her this reward is for a free mini cup but she insisted that the qr code is no longer valid when I literally just activated it. Then she scanned it the second time and told me that the code has been already used. I started to explain her that that’s because she scanned it twice so of course it’s showing up as already used. The lady got very mad and rudely started yelling at me. I didn’t want to waste more time and just called it quits and walked away. She basically scammed me. Never returning to this location again.

I’m a regular at the Haagan Dazs counter on the top floor of QCM. I was in the mood for a cookies and cream milkshake. It was $10.99 but I decided to tip because I was in a good mood. The milkshake came to a total of $13.76. The milkshake tasted like metal. It had a terrible aftertaste, almost like I could taste a blender. After a couple sips, I knew something was wrong and I went back and told the workers the issue. They told me I was wrong and gave a bunch of excuses avoiding the claim I was making. I asked if they could provide me with something else that was of the same value and they told me no. Unfortunately, I had to throw away the drink. No customer service. I’m very disappointed.

I went to the shop today at evening, to buy 2 single scoops for 2 person,but the girl gave us 1 double scoop . Then I generally asked the cashier is he charged 2 single scoops or double. I wanna know what’s the price because I didn’t ask for double scoop what they serve . But the cashier was so rude and was acting like he was saving my money by charging double instead of single. I was with my mom felt so bad. He doesn’t have zero knowledge of customer service. I really had a bad experience today.

My friend and I were really looking forward to celebrating Free Cone or Cup Day on May 13th, especially since the promotion was clearly advertised on the app as redeemable at any location. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told the franchise wasn't participating and there was no sign or notice posted in advance.
We left feeling disappointed and frustrated. If a store opts out of a widely advertised deal, a simple sign at the entrance would go a long way in managing expectations. Until that changes, I’d recommend double-checking with this location before making the trip.
Was here for the free cone promotion that should last entire day nationwide, the staff here told me that it’s done for the day even it’s 4hr before closing. Definitely not recommended.
