Second time we have done take out where all the food has been cold in Merrick location. Kids meal came with one taco which was soggy for $10. No salsa for the chips even though we asked before leaving and food quality not what it used to be. More than half of it was thrown in the trash. Expensive and Very disappointing, we have been going to the east meadow one since before they were even popular.
Treated their customers who pre-ordered food for Cinco de Mayo like garbage. Waited over an hour outside the Wantagh restaurant. They had a bouncer at the door who wouldn't let pick up customers inside to get their food. First of all, does a local neighborhood restaurant really need a bouncer? 3 different times PJS location ordered take out and messed up on the orders. 1st time charged credit card twice by the manager instead of refund back told to show proof from bank to have it returned and then when went back to get it returned ordered food they messed up the order tonight was the last time sent the good back same manager still missed one of our dinners the back broke didn’t even offer anything for the mess up at all.
