Great meals and portions! They are very healthy especially when you look at elements such sodium and protein in each portion. I really liked the fact they would deliver food every evening.

I have been with nutropia on and off for over 4 years now . It is definitely my go to for meal prepping . The food is top notch ! Quality meat and fish with excellent flavors . I do the three meal and two snack plan. I'm not much of a breakfast person but theirs is something I look forward to. My favorite are the muffins .
