08/12/26 @10am, I picked up my mobile order, I asked the employee that I'm here to pick up a mobile order. No good morning, no nothing, jusy a stare and she just placed my order harshly on the counter. I, a African-American woman, and a city worker felt discriminated against this employee. I will be reporting this to the corporate. She was a Caucasian lady with ginger hair. I couldn't see her name on the name tag.
I'm not a big Starbucks person but I do like their offerings and the staff is always nice here. Price is my biggest issue with them.

The restroom policy is quite strict, with staff often hesitant to share the restroom code, recommending alternative nearby options such as the basement of Queens Library or the Shake Shake across Queens Blvd. Customers also appreciate the quick service—one recent visitor praised the fast delivery of a Mocha Cookie Crumble, which looked and tasted excellent, earning many compliments. Although some find the prices higher compared to other coffee shops, the overall experience remains positive, especially for those seeking a convenient and cozy place to enjoy their drinks.
