Today was my first \\u0026 last experience at this location. The shop looked dingy \\u0026 not well kept. Second- the lady making my sandwich completely BURNT my bread.(You can literally smell it through the toaster) She tried to wrap it quickly so I wouldn’t notice \\u0026 when I asked her to remake my sandwich... she refused \\u0026 tried to justify “that’s how it’s supposed to look. Seriously!? I took my money \\u0026 left to buy lunch elsewhere.

The staff here are always friendly. They bake the bread as they go late at night so sometimes they might run out of your favorite, but that is only when it's close to closing time. The ice cream counter at this location is a nice addition, some good sundaes here!

Today I ordered a breakfast combo which is a 6inch sandwich with small coffee at $5.99, but the lady charged me separately in orig sandwich + small coffee price until I called it out..（Meanwhile she walked a few steps to check the pricing of the combo I mentioned). Besides that, I ordered Bacon, Egg, Cheese sandwich, but I end up with Egg+Cheese sandwich, which made me even more wordless...I also figured I should have pay more attention while she's making the sandwich, but this overall experience still sucks. I tried to be more understanding, thinking she might not hear me well, however, it's not just a one-time thing, it was a series of actions that made me feel like she's either not knowledgeable in the menu items, her mind is not at work, or it's her simply trying to charge me more with less items.A sidenote, the veggies in the sandwich didn't taste fresh, it was sour...Never coming back again, one of the worst experience in my lifetime.

This place is really dirty and the ? look like they are spoiled and the vegtables looked like they were rotten. And they say that bake the ? on premises and but when the worker ask you if you wanted your sandwich toasted. But she would leave it in toaster oven so it would be as hard as a rock
