Wingstop Reviews
The Wingstop Hiram location is absolutely terrible every single time we order. They’re either leaving off ranch that I paid extra for or our food tonight they left off an entire meal of 10 wings and when I called the store they told me to come up there and get it after I paid $20 for delivery, which was the point so that I could not get out tonight
Ordered at 3:42pm for 5pm, arrived for pickup and they are saying an hour?? People asking to cancel for refund, manager saying takes 1 week? Place is a train wreck.
I bought 30 wings there almost 2 months ago. 10 min after my purchase I called and ask to return them for my money back because they tasted like they went bad before they cook them. The girl took my info down and told me just toss them in the trash and she will refund the transaction. I called back 3 times after that and still no refund. They finally give me the direct contact of the general manager which never return my calls. I am out about $40. I will never go back there again....read full review

Wingstop is a popular spot that serves delicious wings and other tasty options. The restaurant has a small space, but the friendly staff makes up for it. Although the wait can be long, it's worth it for the mouth-watering Louisiana Rub and other flavors. Many fans praise the Louisiana Rub for its amazing flavor, and the restaurant offers a variety of flavors, including garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper, and lemon garlic. The hot flavored sandwich is also a hit, with pickles adding a nice touch. Recently, a customer enjoyed 4 Louisiana Rub wings and 4 Lemon pepper wings, calling them amazing. The fried corn was also appreciated. However, some customers have had mixed experiences, mentioning issues like overly salty tenders and soggy Louisiana voodoo fries. Fans of the restaurant appreciate the zabiha halal certification, making it a welcoming spot for those with dietary restrictions.
