Zen Ginseng is a supererior Ginseng and Chinese herb medicine company. It ships the order in a couple of hours afer you place an order. The price is competitive and the products quality is high. The customer services are great. They answer any questions you raise. Once I accidently ordered three bags of Ginseng separately, which resulted in higher price than order 3 bags together. When I emailed the customer service, they honered the lower price right away. I highly recommend this company for you Ginsheng and Chinese herb needs.

My experience here was so bad that it’s almost funny/comical. I walked to the back wall to look at some Chinese medicine boxes and one of the doctors(?)/workers pointed me to the medicine that would work for me. Then, unprompted she said in Chinese “Yeah, you need to lose weight” and touched me as she pointed to my butt. I was in shock and just laughed but it was so unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I can’t believe I even paid the money for their overpriced Chinese medicine boxes ($20 for 2 boxes). Don’t come here unless you want to be harassed and shamed by some weird salesperson lmao. I’m never coming back that’s for sure. She was the one with a white coat and glasses.
