It was 12:30pm and raining but my vehicle is pretty quiet and I thought I said pretty loud and clear that I wanted 5 cream & 4 sugar yet I got 4 cream & 3 sugar which makes a huge difference when you like your coffee light & sweet!! This has been happening at both locations (Dix Ave & here) so now the coffee is not even enjoyable or worth the money. However, the staff is exceptional at this location, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The frozen caramel coffee is consistently delightful, served with a smile by a wonderful woman. A recommended stop for a pleasant experience and well-made drinks.
