“There are employees that just do their job and then there are employees that go the extra mile like the wonderful young lady that worked at KFC today, November 23, 2024 around 11AM.
We pulled up to the drive-thru to order 2 meals for some very hungry people and placed our order. We pulled up to the window to pay and the young lady there was nice and asked us what sauces we wanted for our tenders meal. We had to pull up to the front and wait for our food and she came out a few moments later to deliver the food to us and said she added honey and jam (we didn't ask for it) so we can enjoy our biscuits and then waved to us telling us to have a "wonderful morning". Sincere and genuine. When we got back, I opened the containers and saw her message (see pic attached).
Every establishment seems to be short staffed and to know that KFC had this one great employee, happy to be there and work, was refreshing. Shout out to this lovely young woman.“
