I was greeted in with a smile and also I was notified about the student discount for buffalo chicken fries for just $9.69! It was just perfect because I was able to get some work done and as well get a deal after. I also came here specifically for the first time because I seen a great video that initially introduced me to chicken joes. “This is a great location. The inside was nice and clean. We were a group of five people and the employee who took our order was awesome and patient while each one of us went through the line. “My husband saw this place from Google while we had to charge our EV car. We figured we should eat rather than sitting in the parking lot. We walked to the restaurant which is close. This place is great! Not only great food, price is really affordable and the person who took our orders was very friendly. Fried chicken is delicious since it has some great flavors, and so as the rice and lamb. The only complaint I probably have is the Mac salad that came with the fried chicken meal as the side (Very small side of Mac Salad). It was probably the worst I’ve had. Other than that, everything was great. My husband got a Philly cheesesteak and our kids had pizza and fries. They make the food fresh so it’ was super hot. Drawback in this restaurant is they don’t have a restroom. They have some tables you can sit. But I think this place is really more for take out. We live almost 2 hours away from Albany. But would definitely be back if we’re in the area again.“

The Shrimp was another highlight, cooked well and seasoned with just the right amount of Cajun spice. If you like a little kick, you’ll enjoy this.

The Chicken Tenders were just okay—edible but on the dry side, and lacking that extra something to make them memorable.

Unfortunately, the Chicken Sandwich didn’t hit the mark. Both the bun and the chicken itself were dry, making it a bit of a letdown.

Lastly, the dipping sauces were tasty, but the portions could use a slight bump—they run out too quickly, especially if you like to dip generously.“
