I got terrible Customer Service at this KFC store here in August 2026. Got a discount through online coupon on Chicken. However the customer service was among the worse I had ever at a KFC all over the United States and Canada.
I asked for 1-2 packets of KFC sauce or sweet & sour sauce and was told there is a 60-70 cent charge. I passed. Not to mention the Employee when handing me the bag of Chicken never said “Thank You” or Something along those lines. If ever...read full review

Enough fried oil and sodium for an instant. Heart ❤ attack the colonial says eat at your own risk and to make it worse no air conditioning for inside dining. You feel like your eating in KFC oven
Half of the order was missing and the ones I did receive were only partly correct. I ordered two big box chickens which were supposed to come with three chicken pieces -- I only received one and the one I did get only had two pieces of chicken in it. The other item I received was a free three piece chicken tender, so the person who picked up my order didn't realize the one I actually paid for was missing.

KFC offers a mixed experience with worn fixtures and overcooked chicken, leaving some customers disappointed and feeling overpriced. However, the customer service was top-notch and the staff worked hard to satisfy orders. While some pieces of chicken were burnt and not fresh, the great fries and friendly service somewhat made up for it. The food itself is okay, but the poor service and unclean environment really overshadow that. The restaurant is consistently dirty with sticky floors and un-wiped tables. It is a hit-or-miss experience where staff can be rude and the place is a mess, but there are also wonderful, sincere employees who go the extra mile.
