their process of one person at the register taking orders and giving customers donuts and several employees getting beverages is a process that does not work and very time consuming. Go back to the old process of employees at the register taking care of the customer with beverages and donuts. Will not go back.
the expresso in my drink was bitter and old I was charged for extra caramel yet couldn't taste it because of the bitter taste from the expresso I drink at least one of these a day and this Dunkin Donuts not only made my drink wrong once but twice I turned around after going through the drive-thru went back into the store was told by staff that was seven pumps of caramel in my drink and was given attitude when I asked for replacement but I received the second coffee that tasted...read full review
