I feel like their quality has gone down. I been coming here for years and the chimi or the meats are not the same. The other day I ordered picadera and the orejitas, you can tell they didn’t even clean it. It was so gross. It was fullOf hair, like it was not edible. I had to trow it away. Very disappointed at them for that bc they cook good but come-on That was disgusting
Just randomly found this place online and I added photos of the chimi spot , lots of food the employees are friendly and attentive, they have a lady working there, she’s beautiful and super friendly, I paid she gave me a paper receipt and i went in on my order… ?? tostones & longaniza, cerdo ?,a chimi de res with everything & a morir Sonañdo drink to wash it down, I recommend coming here and I will be returning again for more , i hope everyone finds this helpful. The food here is amazing, wonderful flavors and can’t go wrong ordering anything off the menu. A personal favorite of mine is the pork Yaroa, get it with the fried plantains. It is a tasty dish. Service is friendly and it is a nice small spot. Would recommend to anyone I know.
