“Few places are as accommodating as the staff here. The menu, although on available digitally, is extensive. Large selection of GF (gluten free) items. You can start with apps, choose from pizza or pasta as an entree. It is BYOB and that can make for a fun evening. They will accommodate to suit taste, we had someone that was sensitive to sodium, they adjusted sted the entree to suit. The place is small, the food tasty and seriously, the service is over the top.“

Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful to the point I kept eating way after I was full. The service was also incredible and the staff was super sweet! The prices were also great. “Such a great neighborhood spot. I went there late the other night craving falafel, and even though they told me they had run out, the guy actually went downstairs to check and found some. He ended up making fresh falafel patties right there just so I could have them.
The sauces were incredible and the food was absolutely delicious. Even though we ordered takeout, the hospitality was 10/10. It’s rare to find places that go the extra mile like that. Definitely coming back.“

It was extremely cold day and was around the shop’s closing time, yet he asked me to stay in his shop even though my train won’t be here for a while. Mr. Khalit is kindhearted and seems to love his job. I’m so glad I found this gem and definitely will visit again if I have the opportunity!“

“I ordered a flat sesame bagel and was given a plain one even though they confirmed they had the one i wanted so I removed one star for that because it's not the first time it's happened, other than that the place is great and the food has been consistently good.“

“I really love this place. I've been there a good amount of times already. It's a solid and classic NYC spot. You can get a lunch there for cheap and it's good. I like ordering the wraps. Also they're muffins are delicious. Highly recommend them. But to be honest if there is one critique, the cashier can be a bit rude and does not care much. But hey I get the service job grind and also living through unprecedented world events so overall, it really doesn't matter. But if you are someone who really for some reason has to have sycophantic service and notices every single slight or tone change. This prolly isn't the place for you. The food is consistently great, and my favorite dish is salmon with home fries .
The salmon is perfectly cooked and flavorful every time, and the home fries are crispy and well-seasoned. The salad is fresh and balances the meal perfectly. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Highly recommend.“

“I was visiting friends in NY, and on the day of my return to FL, my girlfriend took me to Panino Rustico, where I met JACK, he was excellent and authentic New Yorker, with accent and all (adorable).. The menu choices are excellent, we had truffle fries, I had the P48 Panini (steak, mozzarella with peppers & onions) and to cap off as a desert, I had the Iced Nutella Latte... All were excellent. I love a Hot Panini and it was perfect, flavors were cheesy perfect. Even the ambiance was charming and the Service was impeccable. I truly cannot say enough. So when you go, say HI to Jack!! “Thank you to these guys!!!! Was starving after the Oasis concert this last weekend and my phone died while I was trying to find my way back to my hotel. These guys let me charge my phone behind the counter so I could find my way back to the hotel. After my phone was charged, I asked if I could buy pizza when they were about to close. They cut me a deal on a variety of pizza slices - stayed open a little later to make sure I got my pizza warmed up, got my phone charged and waited until the other guests there gave me directions. Their pizza was outstanding and they were SO KIND!! To the men behind the counter, bravissimo aka EXCELLENT and appreciative of your DELICIOUS pizza and hospitality!! THANK YOU AGAIN!“

“I usually don’t write reviews, but I am making an exception for this one just because the guy working there was super kind and respectful about the situation. My friend made a togo pickup on the app and we waited about 15 minutes for his food, and he still didn’t get it, so he went up to the counter just to find out that his order was already ready, the guy working there apologized and explained that he didn’t put it on the pick up shelf because people would usually go in and grab the bag( they probably though that way because when we entered my togo bag was on the shelf, so I grabbed it). He also gave my friend a free drink to compensate for it. I really loved how he handled the situation and was very apologetic about it, so it felt less uncomfortable eating inside the store. Aside from this the food tasted amazing and the portion size was filling.“
