Eggplant parmigiana hero. Tasted like nothing. I was hungry so I plowed through it, then headed out to catch my train.The quality of the vegetable was overcooked and not properly seasoned so what I tasted was well-used frying oil instead of some joyful flavor.Compared to many other very good pizza places which makes this item, it gets a 40% on the ole report card. Best pizza on Long Island! Hands Down! Was recommended by a friend and Carlo's did not disappoint. My whole family loved it, will definitely be going back for more. Service was fantastic, great staff!

Pizza delicious. BUTRestroom filthy — napkin dispensers on tables empty — no A/C — soda warm. It’s sad that they don’t place a little extra attention to these things. It could be a quality place.
