I loved the old world charm of this hidden gem.While traveling in Riverhead it is infrequent that I am not on a main road.I searched Restaurants in Riverhead was rewarded for my diligence.We shared an appetizer of the “Stuffies” which turned out to be the best baked clams I have had in years.My dinner meatloaf dinner ( true comfort bliss) came with soup of the day, a wonderful creme of tomato soup. Was looking for a place to eat after going out east, we are beyond happy we picked Pulasksi Bar & Grill. This place is impeccable, it’s definitely not outdated as one reviewer states. The atmosphere is wonderful, food was delicious and came out exactly as we ordered. The bartender and owner were so friendly, literally felt like I knew them for years. Just ate dinner there. Excellent food and service. Cozy, friendly atmosphere. Will definitely go back. Especially liked the Jersey burger with the toot beer barbecue sauce, Applewood bacon, and cheddar on a pretzel roll.
