“From our first interaction Matt Kar was professional and caring. He answered any of our questions or concerns in a timely manner. The majority of tasks and requests we had were expertly handled by him and his staff. The catering manager, Christine, was extremely detail oriented and made sure we were comfortable and happy with everything at the wedding. She went above and beyond to ensure the day went smoothly with minimal input needed from us the day of. The onsite staff, especially Jaclyn and Trisha, were incredible, frequently checking in with myself and my husband to ensure we had anything we might need. For guests with allergies, all the staff were vigilant and would make sure there were items to offer them that they could enjoy. We used the French Style service, many of our guests are still raving about the variety and how delicious everything was. We used Christopher Michael for all of the rentals as well. They did a beautiful job with the entire event.“

“Our wedding at Swan Lake was truly everything we dreamed of. The golf course was absolutely gorgeous and made the most stunning backdrop for our outdoor ceremony. Having the upgraded tent fabric was such a beautiful touch—it looked incredible and gave us just the right amount of cover on a sunny day, keeping everyone comfortable while still feeling open and elegant. What really stood out was how thoughtful the venue was in making sure our day felt completely ours. They kept golfers separate with their own outdoor bar and even made sure no one was teeing off nearby when the ceremony began, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to be fully present in the moment. The food was phenomenal from start to finish—the hors d’oeuvres, cocktail stations, and entrées were all delicious. Guests are still talking about the chateau briand, the stuffed chicken with cheesy tarragon, and those incredible pesto wild mushroom raviolis. To top it all off, the chef himself came out to check in, asking guests if they wanted seconds and if everything was to their liking—such a thoughtful and personal touch that made everyone feel cared for. The people at Swan Lake are what truly made the experience unforgettable. Elena, our maître d’, was amazing—she kept everything running smoothly, listened to our ideas, and then added her own creative touch to bring our vision to life. Jill, our bridal attendant, was honestly a lifesaver. She always seemed to know exactly what we needed—whether it was a drink in hand, a quick tip, or even rescuing us from a conversation so we could keep moving. Sophia, the coordinator, was so upbeat and caring, making sure that even when little hiccups popped up, we were still smiling and having fun. And beyond them, every single server and bartender went above and beyond, offering incredible service with a genuine smile all day and night. Not only did we have the best time celebrating with our family and friends, but we also walked away with new friendships at Swan Lake. It didn’t just feel like a venue—it felt like a community of people who cared deeply about making our day special. We honestly can’t wait to see them again.“

My wedding down poured the entire time and they did not let that stop the smiles and hospitality they gave my guests even though they were completely drenched. Jenn is a superstar and did not let me worry about the rain or any of the decor that was in the rain. She took care of everything for me and my family and did not let me lift a finger. “Christmas Eve we were stuck home in quarantine. I was sick and did not feel well enough to cook. Hampton Aristocrat saved the day!!!! My husband and I had a wonderful meal prepared by Hampton Aristocrat. Sliced steak, boneless chicken wings, mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, and stuffed mushrooms. Everything was delicious!!! We had a backyard wedding with 150+ people that required an endless-cocktail style reception and the use of unique spaces for our bars. Adam adapted to all of it and we would not have had the event we had without the teamwork between him, his colleague Liz, and Rita from Rita Ellis Events. Most importantly, Adam and Liz worked with their chef to help recreate Chilean empanadas that are so important to my husband’s side of the family.
