Roanoke Vineyards, a private members-only vineyard, offers an exceptional wine tasting experience. The host was gracious in allowing visitors to explore the stunning vineyard and indulge in their renowned wines. Guests had the pleasure of sharing a bottle of "the hill" 2020, a Cabernet Franc-based wine with intense complexity, showcasing the vineyard's expertise in vinifying this grape variety.

Visitors were delighted to discover a Cabernet Sauvignon, a rare find on Long Island, and were impressed by its exceptional quality, describing it as the best they've had on the East Coast. The warm and welcoming atmosphere at Roanoke Vineyards, combined with their exceptional wines, has left a lasting impression on guests, who eagerly look forward to returning as members.

During a recent visit, guests had the opportunity to enjoy a special event hosted by Chef Tom Schaudel, who prepared a delectable spread of grilled dishes, including Grilled smoked St. Louis ribs with blackberry scented BBQ sauce, Chicken thighs with mustard vinaigrette marinade, and a Grilled olive-oil almond cake with strawberries & fresh whipped cream. The chef's expertise, coupled with Roanoke's exceptional wines, created an unforgettable dining experience for the guests.
