Parking lot is only dwarfed by East Ave Wegmans as worst in Rochester.
Bagel was ok.
Price was too high.
Don't think I'll be back.

Not bad bagels for when your just waking up, had pretty good bagels. Staff were nice, kinda overdid the spread but that's okay. Overall pretty solid place for breakfast.

The best bagels I've had outside of long island. Bagels are made fresh every day boiled and baked just like they do in Long Island in Brooklyn. The owner was super helpful. And I like the fact that he helps his local community by allowing the underserved low-income Community with discounts on their food. You couldn't have been nicer in the food couldn't have been better.

Overall, bagel land experience was good. Outer facade is rather plain and inside is small, but the food was good and the service was pleasant. Not really an atmosphere … just a small inner space to wait for your food.
I tried a FireSalt bagel with mango cream cheese and it was quite good.

Disappointing at best. Bagel Land was so hyped up to me. The them/they taking my order with the different colored hair was miserable. I understand not every day is a good day…but don’t take it out on the people that made it a point to go to your business and spend money. Bagels were “meh”.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I think I’d rather just go to Panera next time.

(Oh, if you have an allergy stay away. They do not switch / clean utensils between cream cheese spreads)

TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED! We stopped by and bought a dozen bagels and some cream cheese yesterday. I regret to say I was extremely disappointed. The bagels were very dense and extremely dry. I tried calling them this morning on the phone, and their phone does not ring, nor does it go to a voicemail, which it claims to be full. So, I can't even call them to discuss the issue. Do they not make their bagels fresh every day anymore? I won't go there again expecting fresh bagels! They used to be the best place in town. What happened???!!!

Bagel land has been a longtime favorite until yesterday, July 182025. I purchased three bagels . Each were significantly smaller; by one-third the normal size I’ve purchased in the past. In addition, unusually tough. If I took notice, other patrons will. I hope they can get back to “normal”!

When I come back to Rochester, I always love to stop here and get some Bagel dogs. I get the bagel dog with cheese and it's such a cool idea. They're delicious. They'll even order them ahead for you. I wish more places did that.

Been looking for salt bagels. Was told this was the place to try. Just picked up a dozen and now I'm eating one in my office, plain and dry, like a raccoon. 10/10 delicious just like this, but I suspect it'll be better, toasted with some cream cheese later. Quick in and out. Laid back vibes. Will be back regularly. :)
