Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is a popular barbecue restaurant known for its delicious food and lively atmosphere. The BBQ is praised as really good, and the fried catfish is also a tasty option. The staff is friendly and accommodating, often offering samples of sides like potato salad, baked beans, and greens, which are highly enjoyed by customers. The cornbread, however, is considered dry and not recommended. Visitors often order dishes such as Cajun catfish with Harlem potato salad and coleslaw, and sometimes get to try BBQ samples. The restaurant is conveniently located with on-street parking and a nearby parking ramp. It can be noisy, but the overall vibe is great and many find the experience enjoyable.
