The drive-thru window staff, including a friendly individual with curly hair and black glasses, are commended for their happiness, friendliness, and efficiency. The store is very clean and well-organized, fitting a lot into a small corner lot, including parking, indoor seating, and the drive-thru. There is plenty of parking on Elmgrove and the back side; customers using the drive-thru might need to enter from Spencerport Road since the Elmgrove entrance is south-bound only and the drive-thru can back up quickly. Customers have enjoyed the hot coffees and muffins, and while some wait times might be slightly longer, the staff's efforts and friendly attitudes are appreciated. The team is still getting used to things, but they are clearly trying hard, making the overall experience pleasant.
