After 3 attempts I had to get a refund. How do you screw coffee up????
Also after getting to the counter and ordering its takes 15 minutes!! NO BODY GOT TIME FOR THAT. went to Tim hortons
Stopped at Dunkin Donuts on Long Pond Road today because my grandson and I wanted a jelly donut. Wish they had a place I could post a picture although I did put one on my Facebook page. Use to be you actually got jelly in a jelly doenut. Guess to them a teaspoon of jelly is it. I will go to the store Saturday with my picture and receipt.

Dunkin' has undergone a significant transformation, thanks to its new manager and staff. The team of young girls provides exceptional service, remembering regulars' orders and serving with professionalism and a smile, even during peak hours. Everyone that works there is super nice especially the lady. They always make coffee very good and the food is always hot. This Dunkin' knows to not put the donuts frosting downwards into the bag. However, some customers have experienced slow service in the drive-thru, with long wait times and incorrect orders. They can only handle one car at a time in the drive thru. They won't take your order until it's clear. Super slow and they don't care about their job. Despite these issues, the restaurant has made notable improvements, and its staff deserves recognition for their hard work.
