Fox's deli came highly recommend, and I drove from Webster just to try the matzo ball soup and the Reuben
sandwich. The soup was so awful that I should have sent it back. The matzo ball was dark in color, hard as a rock, and sank to the bottom of the bowl. The broth was tasteless, and even adding salt and horseradish didn't help. I still can't get rid of the taste out of my memory. Great deli like being in nyc . Stopped in today haven’t been there in years. Was as good as ever great food and service
First time going since change of owners. Live in Canandaigua area and like to go after Dr's. appt.
wanted a knish and they had none. ordered pastrami sandwich to go and it was not what I expected. Very Very fatty and not much meat for the price. Will have to find another place. Sorry

Fox's Deli is a fantastic little spot with super friendly owners and great food. The Rueben sandwich is excellent, especially when made with half corned beef and half pastrami. The sauerkraut has a good vinegary taste, and the BLT is also a hit. The pickles are a secret gem on the menu. The service is excellent, with staff described as wonderful and accommodating. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous - enough for another meal. Breakfast options include excellent bagels, and the latkes are also a must-try. This deli is a highly recommended lunch spot with top-notch food and service that makes everyone feel welcome.
