We love finding a great local breakfast spot whenever we travel. On this particular day, we chose Golden Fox over another place and were so pleased that we did. The food and service were great.
Diner food par excellance with a creative twist here and there. Generous and tasty portions. ALWAYS served with courtesy and a smile. The entire atmosphere makes you feel like family. No 'strangers' here, so don't be one if you're in metro- Rochester or the neighborhood. Their 50 years in business says more than just a few words in this review.MikeLKid-friendliness: It's a family atmosphere and expects respectful behavior by ALL.

I give this place 5 stars not because it is very upscale, but the food is always hot, exactly as ordered, tasty, and the customer service is great. I've been 3x so far, and have added this place to my list of go to breakfast/brunch spots. Every time I've gone the crowd has been middle and upper aged, of all demographics, and pleasant.
