Miba is a restaurant with a great experience and excellent reviews. The ambiance is wonderful with generous portions. The food is fresh and tastes great, offering a variety of dishes that can please any stomach. Specific meals mentioned include the Chicken Coconut Curry, Spring Rolls, Pesto Pork Dumplings, crispy shrimp, beef flat noodle, orange chicken, beef salad, pepper beef steak, baby bok choy, and pork belly. The eggplant dish is especially phenomenal. Servers are kind and provide top notch service, checking what pastries are vegetarian and recommending the tres leches cake. The host provided an off-menu matcha cheesecake sample, a very smooth Basque Cheesecake of Matcha flavor. Drinks like the Adeni Tea and Spanish latte are great with oat milk.
