Tried this for the first time yesterday and the food was great! The older decor and simple set-up makes for a relaxed environment. Their specials menu was really interesting and had some fun options. The raspberry apple French toast was super tasty. Their cold brew with caramel foam was also incredibly good. For a traditional Greek diner, they have some really good modern takes on food. Definitely recommended! This diner is cash only :)
Small cozy atmosphere, plenty of tables open and the owners work the kitchen and front room. The one time it was particularly slow, I talked at length with the wife. She is very sweet.
Morningstar is a local brunch spot nestled in the Culver-Merchants neighborhood in Rochester you don’t want to miss! Just had the most delightful brunch experience here with my partner.This is a family run, Greek American restaurant with a casual, old-timey feel. The lady hosting and serving us couldn’t have been more pleasant, welcoming and attentive.
