Pearson's offers delicious coffee, sandwiches, and sweet treats. The cinnamon rolls are a must-try if available. While the staff can be inattentive at times, the kitchen staff is accommodating. The almond croissant is excellent, but the horchata latte was gritty. The atmosphere may come off as pretentious with people working remotely. Overall, Pearson's is a great spot for a tasty meal or coffee, despite some minor drawbacks.
