“Ate here while visiting family in the area. Service was excellent and the food was great. I ordered the Cajun catfish with Harlem potato salad and coleslaw as my choice of sides. A server brought us a plate of BBQ samples to try. Everything was good. On-street parking available plus a nearby parking ramp (for a fee). The place was noisy but had a great vibe.“

“The most amazing dessert spot I’ve stumbled across. They have SO many options. I normally get the Dubai Strawberry cup (TO DIE FOR, ITS SO GOOD) and the best chocolate shake ever that they make with real Hershey ice cream🤤 then a piece of carrot cake to go. My husband gets the Biscoff milkshake, red velvet cake cup, and a strawberry banana smoothie to go.“

“We held our reception at the Fairport Brewing Company, and there's nowhere else we would have rather chosen! Kristen and Tim took excellent care of us. They let us visit a few times before the wedding to figure out set up and how we wanted to decorate, and they were open to any ideas we had. We served their kombucha as our wedding favors, which was a hit with our guests! Everyone raved about the venue and how beautiful it looked, and the Wilke Way beer was the perfect addition to the night.“

“Small cafe tucked in on Monroe Street, my first visit, personally I only go for hot tea, but today I went for hot sweet, boiled, frothy milk, dusted with cocoa, and some sugar gummy like square in a tooth pick, on the side. I was biting this sugar cube, in between my sips of milk. This cube had flavor of rose water and kewra, a familiar taste for me, it's used for flavor in sweet things in India. It was fun. I loved the place, quite, simple, place.“

“My girlfriends and I love going to Original Steve's Diner in Victor. The restaurant has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. You can tell the staff really loves their jobs and they give excellent attention and service to patrons. The owner John and his wife Elizabeth have truly mastered the art of upscale diner cuisine. Although many people love the ultra delicious pancakes, I was ecstatic when they added crepes. The cheesecake crepes with berries paired with a side of bacon are the perfect pairing of sweet and savory. I will definitely be a regular customer.“

Nevertheless, we couldn’t be happier to have stumbled upon such a low key, humble and delicious restaurant. The parking is a bit difficult as the lot is free but very tight. We had dinner here and from the chai tea to the plates we had (stew, salad, plantain fritters, gnocchi and greens), everything was flavourful, perfectly spiced and delicious. The pricing isn’t bad at all either. They prefer cash payment, but they fo take card. Highly recommend for anyone following a vegan/plant-based/vegetarian diet, since the menu is entirely friendly to these diets. We will definitely be back!“

“First time there - the food is AMAZING! Some of the best food I’ve ever had. So reminiscent of El Ricon, but yet different. Huge and intriguing menu. The quesadillas are so delicious as are the sopes, & chile rellenos..the flan is creamy & caramel and the chocolate dulce de leche is sinful. If you haven’t been - GO… does not disappoint! I’ll be back for sure.“

“I have been to La Bola a few times for lunch and love their sandwiches on foccacia. Recently I went to a holiday party there and it was out of this world! What a cool place to have an event! They put out several different spreads to graze on, one was an eggplant and fig foccacia- fantastic. I also really enjoyed the craft cocktail options they had for the event which were winter themed. I will most definitely be back for lunch (or dinner) and I hope to get to go for an event there again.“

The burgers made with Angus beef, out of this world, delicious. Salty pizza bread pizza, very good. Without having to ask, the wings were cooked to perfection, on the brink of well done, which is perfect to us. Nice, cozy little place, patio space outside. Old barn with a stable converted, added on bar and brewery vats in the rear of the joint. We'll definitely visit again.“

“Ok so the staff was great and the interior was clean and orderly. The issue is have is solely with the overwhelming flavor of banana in every single smoothie. All 3 of the ones we ordered had the same intensity of banana. None of the smoothies names would indicate a banana forward flavor other than the SB. Disappointing at the price point“

“What a lovely place to visit. The beers are just top notch and you have a decent menu. I'm not local, but when I'm in the area I will definitely make this one of my stops. Staff were very cordial. Everyone at the bar kept checking in on me. I had a flight and my only critique is that there were a few beers I wanted to bring home with me and only one of them were available in cans. The citrus IPA by the way is world class. If I was local I would try more of their cuisine. I had a burger, it was well prepared.“

“Food, atmosphere, server very good! Bruce picture of mimosas is where it's at. My only reason it's not 5 stars is that we had a weird miscommunication with he server. 2 people at the table asked for a side of churros and the other had chicken and churro entree. The server came over and said that they can't do the churros and so the person with the chicken and churros ordered side of fries instead and they 2 others with the sides of churros asked for sides of bacon instead. Fast forward, all of us got our entress instead of 1 person. They waited 15 minutes longer than everyone else. Then all of a sudden 3 sides of churros came out. The server said ok the kitchen is trying these. So now at this point everyone had their replacement sides and now 3 sides of churros. We assumed they "were testing them" since that's what the server said and they would be on the house since now that's too much food. But when we got the bill we were charged for the curros and the other sides. It was just confusing overall with the communication on that and then also we got charged for sides and the cjurros when we wanted 1 or the other not both. The manager, which I think is the owner was very nice and they comped the churros. It sounded like the server told them that we didn't like the churros, but it was more of the principle of being charged. Would definitely go back, I would never hold a miscommunication against a restaurant, but just wanted to voice a few things. Overall cool new spot“
