“I love what they've done with the outside seating area. Inside has been updated a little also. The IPA beer selection is great. With all the new establishments in the area the parking is a little tight at times. It's hard to see from the parking lot with all the storage silos at iron smoke.“

“Hands down best beer in Fairport. Not only is the beer great, but the variety of beverage choices is endless with new beers coming out frequently. Every so often, I try something new. For example, last month I had their mead (their ginger mead) and it was fantastic. Also, I love the environment. The Fairport location is quaint inside and when weather permits, the outside patio is awesome (fire pits, live music, burgers and dogs, and beer).“

“Peels On Wheels does great vegan pizza! The toppings are extremely high quality. I don't remember exactly what it was called, but they had this kind of sundried sweet red bell pepper that was out of this world. I had that New York style with shallots, banana pepper rings, and vegan pepperoni. The owner works in the kitchen alongside his employees and really cares about producing superior pizza. Their pies are so much better than what you'll get ordering from a chain!“

“This is such a great space for any event! I have my baby shower here for 50 people total. Kristen was so easy to work with and so responsive. She was very flexible with my needs related to the bar, decorations, and set up. The bartender was SO sweet and the drinks were amazing. You can really decorate this place to have the shower or event of your dreams! So thankful for how easy and affordable this was for me.“

“Lots of ice cream and custard options! They have an indoor counter as well as ordering window. They have many flavors that can be mixed into the custard. The staff unfortunately wasn't particularly helpful answering questions as a first time guest. The menu prices also were not what was reflected on my receipt (Reg custard listed as $4, charged $4.50 + .75 for sprinkles. Reg HF sundae listed as $5.30, charged $6.80 + .75 for nuts).Otherwise the ice cream was delicious!“

“This was our first visit and it was fabulous. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and just nice to chat with. Our server, Kathryn, was awesome!! Love her. I had the moussaka and it was wonderful. Great flavor! Hubby had the wolf fish/scallop special. Again, delish. Cocktails were great and we got desserts to go. “I've loved this spot since they first opened! They're now expanded. It was really busy when we went in and we were sitting up front in the window seats which wasn't the most intimate spot to have a conversation. Super cute and cozy though. Nice variety of treats in the bakery case. We split the creme brulee which was delicious!! Sadly, their espresso is AWFUL. Third time trying it, figured maybe it wasn't a good night the past two times but not the spot for a coffee drink whatsoever which is too bad. They didn't offer cream, sugar, etc.“

“As a chef for a fine dining restaurant, I give Edibles Restaurant a 10/10. I have not been able to eat anywhere since before March 2022 since that was the last time I was off from work to go out for dinner. I am so thrilled that I was recommended this fine establishment with the most down to earth, kind, and most hospitable team members. “I love some live local music. Their beer list was on point for me with some hearty dark options. Of course, there were IPAs, etc, too. We ordered the loaded fries....could have been a heartier serving, but I love that they were waffle fries. The Mark's maple spicy meat lovers pizza was delicious. They have a really comfortable setup with couches, games, blankets, high tops, low tops, and bar seating. Also, they are animal friendly for anyone who has friendly animals. And talk about service.....not only do they serve the humans, they brought the pup a bowl of water.“

Service was great (always had someone at the table before our water or lattes were done), the food was worth its cost (portions were large and we all had leftovers for later in the day). I would love to give a 5 star review, but when I wanted to purchase a bottle of wine I was told that if it wasn’t on the shelf they would bottle it for me. What they failed to mention was that I would be charged $6.00 more than the bottle price because it was considered a growler as they had to pour and seal it on site. “We checked out Oak & Apple in late October/early November since it is dog-friendly and really enjoyed the ambiance! We sat outside even though it was chilly, but many people were outside too! The inside is small, so the outdoor seating is a must. The ciders themselves weren't all to my liking and there is a limited choice, so the flight was kind of hit or miss for me. I think you'd be better off finding one you like and sticking with a full or half pour of that instead. But overall I enjoyed the experience and loved that my pups could hang out with us as well! I'd love to visit again when it's warmer out!“

“Parkside is a great NW of Rochester breakfast stop!I frequent this little joint with friends and family for its' amazing hollandaise sauce and constantly HOT breakfast plates! The food is fresh, simple, and done right! If they could offer an upgrade to their coffee bar (for example, an espresso machine) I think it would only increase their already booming business.I'm grateful for their fair pricing and quick turn arounds--because of these things and more; Parkside is always packed!I gave them 4 stars out of 5 because I think the place needs a deep clean and a little updating.This in no way detracts from the locals or my own overall satisfaction with Parkside! I happen to know from personal restaurant experience that it seems they could do better with profit turn around, and it would be worth the investment of continuing to update their diner. They're not super cheap, but for the convenience of being right in Mendon it's worth it. We have ordered Coffee multiple times and never have been disappointed. They use a local coffee roaster from Avon. The only issue we have ever had is when we order online, they tell us our drinks will be ready in a half an hour, but ends up being about 45. So we are sitting waiting. I'm not sure if they just don't give pick up/online orders priority. Never had an issue when I walk in to order.“

“Nine Maidens Brewing is located in a cool area with other local breweries, winery and restaurants. Upon entering you are drawn to the artwork on the back wall and the high ceilings. “Drinks: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Ambience: 7/10 This is a fantastic spot and a welcomed addition to the Village of Pittsford. A fun but small place that has some really creative and interesting drinks. They have a myriad of different margaritas and tequila cocktails as well as all of your favorites. Personally my favorite cocktail in general is a Dark n Stormy, and they do a very good one here. They also have a pretty decent beer selection with a lot of local breweries such as Other Half, Prison City, and Young Lion. Oh also they have a pretty decent bourbon selection from time to time, definitely check to see what they have. Service, I believe this place is owned by a couple. They are very friendly and know how to efficiently run a bar that offers fairly complex drinks. Absolutely nothing to complain about here. Being totally honest, the ambience could be better, it is a very small intimate spot. This place certainly fills up fast on busy nights. “We just had the best experience here! Me and my boyfriend came in with our loving dog. We were immediately told by the owner (Carl) that we were more than welcome and he came around the counter to greet her. We get nervous sometimes taking her places incase they don’t allow dogs (even though she is a ESA) but they were so friendly they put us immediately to ease. Overall this was some of the best food we’ve had from any Salvatore’s location. They were attentive and gave amazing service. The owner even came over with a water bowl for my dog and continued to tell us how welcomed we were while having her with us. We are very grateful for this amazing experience!!“

“I am a sucker for a good bakery and this one fit the bill. I had the best matcha latte EVER! It was made with organic coconut syrup. I grabbed a loaf of homemade sourdough, which was delicious. We made bruschetta with it at home. The place was bustling with people. It's obviously a popular spot. They had many breads and baked goods. The menu is brimming with delicious choices and beverages. I can't wait to go back and try a sandwich. They carry local kombucha from Katbucha (my fav). The staff was helpful and friendly. I will surely be visiting again!“

All of the ingredients taste so fresh, even after the 15-20 minute drive to my house! I’m not a huge tea fan, but love popping bobas, so I just order it with extra sugar! The light onion in the marinade added just the right amount of sweetness.The crab stuffed flounder was good size and the bright orange sauce looked tasty (my in law had this entree).The only downside of the night was the crowd noise level.
