I like the bowls here.The employees do a nice job as you go down the line picking out your fillings for the bowl.There are quite a few choices.Today I had rice,beans, pulled pork,pico de Gallo,and queso.It was tasty and filling.The restaurant is clean and bright.Mexican music playing and pleasant atmosphere.
For a quick and easy meal, Qdoba is it. This fast casual spot is conveniently accessible in the 12-corners Brighton area. The space itself is super clean and one of the newer additions to the neighborhood. The staff has always been speedy and friendly. This is an easy pick because they have pre-crafted tacos to choose from if you don't want to build your own. Nice twist on the Tex Mex burrito restaurant. Similar to the others but I like the hot salsa and Mexican ceasar salad dressing. Also enjoy some tasty different flavors in the chicken and beef. Everything is always fresh and good. Sometimes change is bad but in this case, different is delicious!
