This location has been closed since early 2019. The Empire Blvd location just closed also. Too bad....this was reasonably priced mexican food, better quality than the alternative Taco Bell.....and on par with Chipotle (very overrated ) ....and they didn't charge for their fresh guacamole!$!$!$

Nice twist on the Tex Mex burrito restaurant. Similar to the others but I like the hot salsa and Mexican ceasar salad dressing. Also enjoy some tasty different flavors in the chicken and beef. Everything is always fresh and good. Sometimes change is bad but in this case, different is delicious!

This place is very good but I found it no different than Mo's Southwest. The items are fresh and made to order. It is cafeteria style and a bit bright and lacking in atmosphere. I would not make a special run to this eatery, however would eat here again if a bunch of us stopped by.

I like the bowls here.The employees do a nice job as you go down the line picking out your fillings for the bowl.There are quite a few choices.Today I had rice,beans, pulled pork,pico de Gallo,and queso.It was tasty and filling.The restaurant is clean and bright.Mexican music playing and pleasant atmosphere.

For a quick and easy meal, Qdoba is it. This fast casual spot is conveniently accessible in the 12-corners Brighton area. The space itself is super clean and one of the newer additions to the neighborhood. The staff has always been speedy and friendly. This is an easy pick because they have pre-crafted tacos to choose from if you don't want to build your own. I trust their craftmanship so my Qdoba go-to is the two-timer taco ( I get 2 of 'em), which comes with pulled pork, salsa roja, shredded cheese, lettuce and pico. It's reminiscent of my guilty pleasure cheesy gordita crunch with the hard taco wrapped in a soft taco squished between a layer of queso. I stick with what I love. I've had a few of the other meat options and opt for the pulled pork because it's the most flavorful and super tender. I like their salsa roja because it's on the spicer side. I also will go for their corn tortilla chips and queso or I'll pair it with guacamole.
