I order at least 12-15 times a year and for the most part excellent quality with orders ranging from slices, specialty pizzas,subs and donuts. Chicken Charlie Pizzas are not too expensive and worth it, and Italian assorted subs on Thursdays for $10 deal days are my go to. There's rarely been an issue with quality plus they give you pizza points so I end up with several free slices and a pizza for free each year PLUS they give you free food on your birthday if you're...

My husband went to pick up our order & both of the pizzas in our order were given to someone else. Nothing was done other than to remake the pizzas. I'm curious if the person who got our pizzas at least got some decent toppings. The chicken on the large pizza was sparse and the Breath Mint (garlic & onion with mozzarella & tomatoes) was lacking flavor. Overall, disappointing.
