I thought the place was super cute and they had plenty vegan options with big portions! The food was a little bland, but still pretty good!

Wow! Really great Roasted Duck Fried Rice. We also ordered Pad Thai and Pad See Ew. Everyone raved about their meals. Wine was also good but a little pricey (per glass). Service was great. Only complaint is that on a cold day (sub freezing), it can be a little cool in the dining area. Noticed several tables with people wearing coats while eating. Would definitely go back to try more of their dishes.

The food is ok but the service brought it down. How do you sit your customer down but then forget about them. Here’s a helpful hint. If your customer is giving you eye contact, 9 out 10 they are ready for service. I.E. a drink to start off (automatic upon sitting), ready to place order, and so on.

Ordered two pad thai and spring rolls at 5:32pm. Online ordering said my order would be ready at 5:47pm. I arrived at 5:50pm and the hostess said my food would be ready in 10 minutes. No big deal! However, food wasn’t ready until 6:19pm.

I’m usually not too annoyed by minor delays but if the food is still a half hour away from being ready don’t say it’ll be ready in 10 minutes.

We went there on Oct 22. 2024. We ordered mango sticky rice to take out after dinner. But after we left, we realized they didn’t give it to us. Then we called them right way, they told us, they will refund 12 dollars plus tax for our order. Today we received credit card statement. They didn’t refund it. Then I went to the restaurant to ask them, the receptionist told me, 12 dollars they took it as tips. I m like, what???? You tip yourself using our credit card??? We only spent about 71 dollars why I tipped you 12 dollars. I m only tip around 10% I remember that day, I wrote the tip is 8 dollars. Not 12 dollars. Then I asked him do you have copy shows I tipped 12 dollars? He said we don’t keep the copy. This is make me so sick. It is not because the money, but this kind of shady thing makes me feel so unsafe to go to this kind of restaurant which scam customer’s tips. I know there are lots of people even not check how much tip restaurants took it, but be careful they can scam your money. This is really make me sick. Never go there again!!!!!!! Never ever!! I m gonna call NY state consumer helpline to report them scan customer’s tip. They made up their own tips amount without customer knowing.

Re: the restaurant response:

Such a liar. Before we left we asked them to bring the mongo sticky rice, they didnot bring it to us. Now they said they did. If they brought it to us, why we left there?
Last time when I went there and asked to see the receipt, they said they didnot keep the receipt, now they said they have the receipt. Who said the truth then?? If you have the receipt with my signature with tip amount 12 dollars, I give you permission you can post to google review. let every one see it.
I had file the complaint against your restaurant, before I saw the respond, I thought I just let it go, only few dollars who cares. Now you guys really went too far. Just wait for Division of consumer Protection department call you.

Worst chicken pad thai ever. Ate 3 bites - terrible.Entire dish "off tasting-ingredients did not taste fresh". Expressed dissatisfaction to waiter [at end of meal] offered to remake dish- why? Still charged for entree. Will not return.Had much better tasting Thai food at other local restaurants.

Understaffed(?). Ordered salmon. It was undercooked but the waiter was too busy with tables and takeout to check back. Finally had to go and request my bill so I could pay and go get dinner somewhere else. Been awhile since I'd been here, guess it will be a lot longer before I go back. Unfortunate because I live right nearby.

I usually go to the Webster location but decided to order lunch takeout from here. I am very disappointed because they gave me a container of Tom Yum soup that was half empty. I also asked for chicken and there were just a few bits of it at the bottom.

Absolutely delicious. They had pineapple fried rice which was perfect! Excellent lunch portions and will be coming back!
