I got off my closing shift next door and didn’t have anything to eat at home so I decided to stop by shake shack. The wait in line at the drive through was a little long but I didn’t mind since it was late. Got to the window and the man at the register was so kind. He asked me how my day was and gave me a discount when he learned I work next door. We chatted while he applied the discount and ended up giving me a free sandwich coupon. He was so sweet and it really made my night. The burger and fries I got was good too!
About a week later I ended up back there (this time dining in) and the cashier/manager recognized me immediately and helped ring me out. Once again he was really nice and he even remembered that I’m a college student. The chicken sandwich I got was nice and crunchy but also juicy and I love their fries. I got their Yule Log holiday shake and it was fantastic. One of the workers was going around the dining room and interacting with everyone and was also very sweet!
A little pricey for a college student, but the workers are all very nice and the atmosphere is lovely. The food isn’t instant-fast but it’s great.

The shake was very good as well as the burger. The 3 star rating is only bc we waited well over 30 minutes in the drive thru line.

First time being able to stop in now that’s is calmed down since opening. Went through the drive thru and menu was easy to read and navigate. Was in and out of the drive thru in under 7ish minutes from start to finish. Not too bad of a wait. The food is okay in my opinion, typical crinkle fry. Ordered a single shack burger and in my opinion it tasted identical to smashburger. Although burger was a little too well done and was slightly charred. Probably will come back to try other items but a little pricey for one person a basic burger, fry and rootbeer was $17.

I had the most incredible experience at Shake Shack tonight. I’ve never been so moved by a group of people who care so much about being incredible humans.
My first interaction was with Vizan, and I thought one smile was enough. But then I saw about four other faces peering through, all filled with light and joy. It was so genuine that I had to go inside and speak directly to the manager, Ben, who turned out to be just as amazing.
It takes a lot to bring together such a remarkable group of people, each with so much to offer the world in a meaningful way. Shake Shack stands out as an anomaly because of its ability to excel in service that far exceeded my expectations. The experience left me with a renewed sense of hope and promise in the world.
I’m so happy to have stumbled across this restaurant, even though it was far from my reach. I now realize there was a bigger reason I ended up here. After meeting so many incredible people today, it’s clear that your company is doing something truly special. The way your business is managed, and the people chosen to work at your location, makes a real difference. Your team’s amazingness is truly redeeming in today’s society.

This was by far one of the best hospitality experiences I have had. Every one of the staff was bright, friendly, and welcoming and completely made our day. The team was so excellent we asked to speak to the manager to make sure it was known how amazing this restaurant was. We spoke with Ben Chernjavsky the manager and he was just as amazing as the rest of the team. Truly the best experience in hospitality i’ve seen, and will be sure to come back to this specific location if we have the chance.

First time there. We ordered 4 different sandwiches and a shake. All the food was excellent! I loved the shroom burger; it is a great option. We were there on a Sunday so we ordered in the app and received a free chicken sandwich. We also got a cookies and cream shake and it was very thick. The only partial negative, the restaurant was a little cold, but it is about 24 degrees today, so I can give a little leeway for that.
