We have stopped in at this Starbucks several times, in March on our first visit to RIT, and then again this past week to move our daughter into her dorm. This is by far the best Starbucks we have ever been to: the baristas are always very friendly, they are efficient, and overall this is a really nice Starbucks. We’ll definitely return in December when we go to bring our girl home for Christmas break.

This location has the sweetest staff, and they've always made my drinks and food amazing. Was a lifesaver today when I needed a quick meal during my break at work -- the pesto, egg, and cheese sandwich kept me going for 6 more hours!!

I recently had an amazing experience at Starbucks, and I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Barista Joey. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail made my visit truly delightful. The coffee was perfect, the atmosphere inviting, and Joey's positive energy added an extra layer of joy to my day. Kudos to Starbucks for having such a stellar team member!
