I’ve eaten a lot of subways but I must tell you I stopped in to pick my order up at about 4 o’clock.It was the best sub I’ve had from a subway by far everything was spot on and the customer service was excellent.

Placed a lunch order through Grub Hub and didn't receive my drinks. The driver advised to call the store. Tried calling for 20 minutes. After the automated system advises to remain on the line to speak with someone at this location you get a busy signal. Just wanted what I paid for.

FYI The number listed in the email you place your order is not even for Subway so don't bother trying.

I love subway for what it is. Run in, get a delicious sub. You know what you're getting before you go. Very consistent quality and overall experience.

The food was cold and horrible, same with the staff. They even deleted our earlier posts. My avocado filling was in the complete wrong place. Horrible! I will never come back.

When I walked in there was a customer already waiting. The employee never looked up or acknowledged either of us, after 2 minutes I asked the other customer if the employee was working on his order he said no and he said he wasn’t even acknowledged when he came in. I asked her if there was someone else there to help and she said no, I asked if she could take care of our orders she said door dash comes first. The dasher wasn’t even there to pick up the order and even after she finished my sandwich they still weren’t there. No reason she couldn’t have taken care of us first. The customers standing in front of you should come first. Also, she had headphones in the whole time which I find very unprofessional.

I don’t usually eat at Subway, but my close friend—who’s seriously ill and was recently hospitalized—specifically requested a Rotisserie-Style Chicken Sub, a raspberry iced tea, and Lay’s chips. I went to the store around lunchtime and was the only customer there. The employee was polite and efficient, which I appreciated.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The refrigerator was half empty, there was no raspberry iced tea, and the chip selection was limited to just baked Lay’s. They also didn’t have Swiss cheese. Despite these limitations, I purchased the sandwich and left a $5 tip on a $13 order.

When I brought the food to the hospital, my friend immediately noticed the roll was stale—very hard and unpleasant to eat. I tried reaching out to Subway through several channels: phone, online, and Twitter (including their virtual assistant), but kept hitting dead ends. To make things worse, the store’s contact number listed on the receipt dials and then immediately disconnects.

This was a deeply frustrating experience, especially given the circumstances. I’m incredibly disappointed and will not be returning to Subway.

Apparently new ownership means they fired all the old employees. Something must’ve happened because now not only is there barely anyone working. The person that is working is being very slow!!

There were about 2 people in front but I still ended up waiting over half an hour. I feel bad for her because she’s new but like come on- shouldn’t the owner be helping her?

She seems overworked, underpaid and frankly a little too slow to be working alone during a rush. She’s very sweet though just wish I could help her out.

The gentleman made the subs was very nice, polite, and friendly. First time visiting this location.

Vegetarian options: Tuna sandwich is good if you eat fish & are not strick vegan.
