Run of the mill subway. Good customer service at this one.
The gentleman made the subs was very nice, polite, and friendly. First time visiting this location.
Vegetarian options: Tuna sandwich is good if you eat fish & are not strick vegan.

I guess the “new ownership” sign means that the new owners are okay with their employees smoking cigarettes in the doorway (with the doorway open) and then flicking them into the parking lot. Gross!

We place orders between 6-8PM and over 50% of the time the bread is crusty and old. You’d hope that time of the day the bread would still be fresh. Not so much.
I have been an employee of this establishment since 2018. It is now 2024 and I have worked here almost 8 years. I have gone through 2 owners. Below the surface is a disgusting, horrendous, and deplorable restaurant. The mice and bugs and sewer leakage from the basement is enough to make anybody throw up. The food we serve is always outdated and nobody ever does their Their job as customercaretaker or cleaner upper of the restaurant. I have seen this business fall apart from the inside out. I highly advise anybody that doesn't wanna get sick or wants a clean environment to eat, Please go elsewhere. Things that go on behind the scene and the counter that you don't know about you don't want to know about. Please heed my advice take your business elsewhere.

Orders are consistently made incorrectly. Food takes forever to be made. The building is always dirty, floor is sticky. Little to be desired, subway quality has really decreased over the year. Better alternatives in the area that are only slightly more expensive but give better quality and quantity. Find somewhere else to eat, hopefully this location is closed and replaced with a new business. Twelve corners deserves better

Went at 8:50am an employee was doing something at the front but the door was lock tried to open it no response from the employee. Door was also locked from the back entrance. Keep in mind this store opens at 8am.
It’s never open on time even though on the website it shows Open. Is 9:36am and still not open
I was shocked at how unprofessional the staff was at this store. I was about to buy some food, and I decided after the disrespectful rudeness from the worker, I ran away from the store very very bad customer service .

I went to lunch today and the service started out fine. I ordered a steak footlong with pepper jack cheese toasted. While the sub was toasting, the cashier checked me out. I started to tell her to add guacamole. Because I know that tends to be extra. She interrupted me said it's fine and to go ahead and pay. I did. Then I went back over and told her told her everything that I wanted on the sub. When I asked for guacamole she looked at me with such a nasty face and said that's extra. I said I know I can pay for it. She said I already cashed you out. I said yeah I tried to tell you. So she said it was fine gave me the sub and walked towards the back where a another girl was working and I overheard them make fun of me for stuttering. I really wanted to say something but I was in a rush.

I was sitting in the car driving past 12 corners today and thinking to myself. "hmm... Subway. Man, I used to go there so often. What changed.... " then I realized that they charge $6 for a 6 inch sandwich. That's their promotion. Used to be $5 footlong.Also, I think it should be illegal to have this store next to a school. Support mom and pop shops. Out with this corporate food. Kids shouldn't be exposed to this.

The best subway ive had in years. Always had bad experiences ordering online but they gave me the extra cucumbers, lettuce, everything! So delicious when the workers actually care to make your food. Whoever made the tuna & ultimate bmt Thursday night at 8:30pm thank you so much! Will definitely leave a tip next time.

Steak, egg and cheese footlong. Where is the steak?! All I taste is bread and vegetables. Subway should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely ridiculous. Oh wait… I opened the sub and found the eggs and the few bits of steak, buried underneath all the vegetables ???
