I hear a lot of people say the fish is good. I went twice I got catfish fried in cornmeal at first bite the fish tasted funny. It was really soft like it melted in my mouth. That was the worst mouth feel ever. Both times

I was kinda surprised the last time I went. My cornmeal battered fish was bland, and tasted like swai and not catfish. My jumbo shrimp were way over battered. Just wasn't as good as I remembered

The corn meal fried fish is terrible. Lacks salt and seasoning. I don’t understand how a woman cannot season fish.
They should let that African American Man do the cooking/frying. We know the food will have taste
