Attempted to place order 3 times using their online system, 3 error messages later, then finally charged my card. Called to check, and good thing I did, no order received 😡. Told maybe I ordered from the Deli? Do better, obviously not being run by Shelly anymore, very sad 😡

The Bagel Shop by Fox's is a contender for the best bagel in the greater Rochester Area. Delicious bagels are top of the line every time, with fantastic consistency and wonderful taste. The French toast bagel is so good. A specific highlight is the pizza bialy, which was crunchy, chewy, and not too saucy with carmelized cheese cascading over the rim. The brown sugar cinnamon cream cheese is so good it reminds one of Texas roadhouse butter. The Breakfast Sando was premade for efficiency. Staff are always friendly, pleasant, and welcoming. Prices are reasonable, and service is fast and friendly. The owner deserves all the recognition for being a genuine great guy. The bagels speak for themselves; customers will be going back.
