I'm going to order today
Great bagels but it's not a sit-down place
Come for the bagels, come for the people, they're genuinely lovely. Come for the location and atmosphere too, it's top notch. But if you want a bagel sandwich made to order, go somewhere else. You can't order on demand here. Bagel sandwiches they offer are pre-made and wrapped in foil, which means by the time you get it the bread has steamed itself soggy. Great ingredients, undermined by the format.

The Bagel Shop by Fox's is a contender for the best bagel in the greater Rochester Area. Delicious bagels are top of the line every time, with fantastic consistency and wonderful taste. The French toast bagel is so good. A specific highlight is the pizza bialy, which was crunchy, chewy, and not too saucy with carmelized cheese cascading over the rim. The brown sugar cinnamon cream cheese is so good it reminds one of Texas roadhouse butter. The Breakfast Sando was premade for efficiency. Staff are always friendly, pleasant, and welcoming. Prices are reasonable, and service is fast and friendly. The owner deserves all the recognition for being a genuine great guy. The bagels speak for themselves; customers will be going back.
