Family owned and operated... they always provide great tasting food and always trying out new things and that always taste great. I try to go at least once or twice a week.
Excellent New York style pizza!
Pizza is NYC style and pretty great!
But the 3 times I've been in the past 3 months the restaurant is so hot. Seating for 30+ but no one stays long because it's so warm.
Worst part is the non-existent customer service by the zombie potato head staff. The decor and toys are very kid friendly, but the staff is absolutely miserable. And look like they sleep in the back on a stained mattress on the floor.
Definitely a grab your pizza and go type of a place which...read full review

The Pizza Stop Pittsford at Pittsford Plaza offers delicious sheet pizza with pepperoni, Italian sausage, and meatballs, filled with lots of cheese. Known for its classic New York style by the slice, the restaurant features interesting flavor combinations, like meatball parm. The staff is kind and courteous, providing quick and efficient service, although some customers have noted issues with customer service. The slices, including white pizza and veggie toppings, are perfectly cooked with crispy crust. While the food is consistently great and the family-owned atmosphere encourages trying new things, some diners mention the restaurant can get very warm, making it less comfortable to stay for long. It remains a must-visit for pizza lovers looking for quality food at a decent price, especially for those who prefer grab-and-go dining options.
