Went through Tim Hortons drive through on Dec. 31st at 2:57pm 2019 at the Gates NY location on Chili Ave. Not sure who was on the other end of the speaker but she stated with attitude that she has turned off the grill and is no longer serving food for the day. I responded with “the sign says you close at 5pm why would you turn your grill off 2hrs before you close?” She then yells back and I quote “It doesn’t matter when I turned off the grill you ain’t getting any food.”...read full review
We t to hockey game last and we were suppose to be able to bring our tickets to Tim Hortons for a free coffee and donut but I was told no at the drive thru he said they just weren’t honoring them.. that was it I spoke to 3 different people after waiting 17 mins in the drive thru!! Screw that place and their poor customer service I’ll stick with Dunkin coffee any day!
I go there about 4 times a week. Usually service is good. Today they messed up the order and when I brought it back to be corrected they were rude to me. They goofed up and then wanted to charge me for their error. Will call manager tomorrow and complain. No customer skills at all
