I used to love Tim Horton's but then we had really bad service once and I wrote to them about it and they never responded at all. It's sad to me now but b/c they don't seem to care at all about customer service, I can't bring myself to go there anymore. And I used to be a frequent loyal customer!! I wish they cared about that!
