They billed me twice. I sent a request to remove one of the charges immediately after it happened. They didn't even apologize for the mistake. I have to reject one of the charges directly from my credit card.

This Wendy's is usually very slow and some workers act as if they are too comfortable or at home I waited almost a hour just to order they just changed the workers around hopefully they can hold it down!!!!!

I get a Biggie Bag more often than I'm comfortable admitting. I always get the fountain drink to go with it and never use ice. For the first time, at this visit, my drink was warm. I usually drink water room temperature, but not carbonated beverages, so it was an unpleasant surprise.
