“We had the most wonderful experience at Carnegie wine bar. We love the place. It was my 5th time there. We decided to try and get a seat at the bar on a very busy Sat night. When We walked in, there were 2 seats open. Couldn’t have gotten luckier. Meal was amazing! My favorite dish is the whipped ricotta with charred sour dough bread. I get it every time I’ve gone. The wine selections are immense. Service impeccable. But this time we had an over the top experience. Mike, the owner/host, asked us if we’re going to Mama Mia that night. We said no, but were thinking of getting last minute tickets because we were celebrating our 1st Anniversary. Mike gave us 2 tickets for that night’s show. We were so surprised by the act of kindness. Couldn’t have been more excited. When we got to the auditorium, our seats were in 6th row! What an awesome Anniversary we had. Thank you to Carnegie cellars wine bar and kitchen., we are definitely going to have to pay it forward!“

They don't serve hard liquor. If you like wine, Flight is the place to go! If you want to try it come out on Sept 4 from 4 to 7pm and Sip for a Cause! Flight is generously donating 20% of their sales to Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy to help end Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.“

“We had a reservation celebrating a special occasion. We were seated, but didn't have anyone serve us for 20-25 minutes, until my partner flagged down wait staff. They were super apologetic and immediately took our whole order, and comped our drinks! Clearly it was a fluke in what was otherwise a phenomenal meal with very hospitable and professional staff. Everything we ordered was incredibly delicious and it was especially neat to sit at the kitchen bar and watch everything be prepared.“

“I have been to La Bola a few times for lunch and love their sandwiches on foccacia. Recently I went to a holiday party there and it was out of this world! What a cool place to have an event! They put out several different spreads to graze on, one was an eggplant and fig foccacia- fantastic. I also really enjoyed the craft cocktail options they had for the event which were winter themed. I will most definitely be back for lunch (or dinner) and I hope to get to go for an event there again.“

“All aspects of our dining experience were excellent; food, wine, service, atmosphere. Their menu is fairly brief but they put attention into each dish and it shows. We had the olives, both menu salads, the gnudi, and the Sunday sauce.
I make a Sunday sauce I've been refining for years, and tasting theirs has suggested a new approach for me, just great. The bill was very reasonable considering the quality of the experience.
Angelina's is a real gem, a terrific upgrade to this location.“

“What an absolute gem! 💎 the best food (tapas) and wine selections in the area. They offer local to international wines, and the food is made to order and cooked to perfection! We’ve been twice and are going back with friends to share the experience. Our first time was taking our daughter there before she moved to Spain 🇪🇸 and again for our anniversary 🍾🥂. The shaved asparagus salad, grilled octopus, duck, corn dog and chicken shawarma were all excellent! I can’t wait to go back to try more!“

“I came for Pastry & Coffee, and decided to have a light lunch of Chicken Salad Platter. The Chicken Salad was delicious, fresh. The Salad Greens, Cherry Tomatoes, Mushrooms, refreshing and crisp Viennese Merengue Torte soft, creamy not too sweet. Service was nice and attentive.“

Also, the menu is small so it may be worth taking a look before going to make sure everyone finds something.“

“Stopped in for dinner and had a party of 4. It was a Tuesday night and told there was a 30 min wait. They offered us a high top at bar, and unfortanately it was really loud and hard to have a conversation.

The food was good. We previously had a catered event with the barbecue package and it was delicious. Was hoping those items on menu but they weren't.

We started with the artichoke cristini app. It was so good...we fought over the last one. I had an Asian pork sandwhich with sweet potato fries; my husband had a pizza and 2 other family members had burgers. No complaints about the food. Good portion sizes. Hot. Reasonable prices.“

“Six of us went to celebrate a 90th birthday. Our server, Kelly was friendly and attentive without hovering. She treated the one child with us with respect also.We were not rushed in any way. The meal choices and portions were excellent. Nice to find a restaurant where you can easily converse in normal tones.“

I was happy to have enough to bring to work for lunch the next day. Vlad makes the best espresso martini I've ever had!! “5 PM reservations to beat the rush, belated birthday dinner. Small place, maybe 6 tables in the eating area unless there was another area we did not see. The bar was hopping! Small as well, a couple of standing tables, rest was 2-3 deep at the bar. It was Negroni night, free samples and $10 cocktails. Tried a couple of the flavors, but Campari is not for me.
As for dinner, the excellent server (Chris) provided multiple choices of water. Hubby liked the house wine which was Alex Valley Vine according to the bill (also named Monroes Restaurant at the top of the bill).
Three warm rolls arrived. We both had the Lobster Bisque which came with sherry on top. Best we have had in a long, long time! Hubby had the Filet (perfect) with Truffle butter and Truffle fries (never enough truffles I guess!). I had the Seafood Tagliatelle, asking for the chef to make it spicy. Great flavor and large scallops, shrimp and lobster.
We enjoyed everything very much except maybe the fries as they were more like huge potato wedges, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Hubby used some truffle butter on what he ate as he said the inside did not have much taste.
Pricey, so review online information before going.

“We recently celebrated our anniversary at Pane Vino. They provided us a very quaint seat overlooking the river. They have done a nice job masking the noise level of their beautiful interior that is full of character. We interacted with 4 staff that were all very personable, professional, and efficient. The food was all exceptional and the wine list very nice. We were impressed that the owner checked on us several times, he definitely cares and pays attention to detail. We plan to return here on our next visit to the area.“
