“My mother and Daughter stopped in this beautiful shop after a little shopping at the local thrift store . They had so many healthy options . Fruit and yogurt bowls ,natural juices , immunity shots , smoothies . My mother and I got veggie patties (delicious). My daughter opted for the Salmon bite salad . When that salad came out both me and mother wanted another to share . The shop owners and workers were kind and patient . The store had a lot to offer and the space was neat a clean even while they were working on a batch of immunity shots.
( Sherri let me taste what she was working on) everything was great definitely going back for that Salad .“

Currently there are 8 customers including me waiting and there’s only this one poor employee ( another customer just walked in ) working everything. AND she also has online orders to fulfill. “Tommy was an amazing host! Offered multiple test samples of various tri-coloured sea moss which contains healing properties. Shop was very welcoming. We tried the: Pineapple Ginger, Fruit Punch, Tumeric/Ginger/Spirulina, Soursop, and Mauby. Pineapple Ginger is my favourite. Tumeric/Ginger/Spirulina was spicy and delicious. Fruit Punch reminded me of my mum’s delicious smoothies. Soursop was a delicious new flavour. Mauby was a palate cleanser. Loved every combination—highly recommend for your sea moss needs. “I only put the 5 stars so this can be seen ....I go on mondays only now unfortunately, I've been a customer here for years and slowly started going elsewhere where because see if the watered down smoothies specifically made by the young Spanish guy they NEVER come out properly when made by him I only come on Mondays now when owner or his wife is present they know what they are doing & the girl in the back are the best ! I literally go back to my car when I see the (other) guy there ......today I gave him another chance at the peanut butter smoothie usually thick and tasty , is watered down and milky....I like my smoothies thick and tasty and after so long working there it blows my mind he cant get the smoothie downpacked ....the lady does it best (keep her) in there !!!!! And bsuiness will keep booming ....my man in there needs more training and to take his time had all my coworkers go there and say the same thing ....the girls and the owner have the best touch we all GO ON MONDAYS or no go“
