Some locations, like Islip, have the best food that is always hot, fresh seasoned, and cooked perfectly. However, the Rocky Point location has been described as dirty, smelling like a bar, with sticky tables. The food there tasted old, not hot, and not fresh. The seafood bisque from the Oktoberfest menu was terrible with no flavor and fake crab. Other reviews note the food is delicious with fresh, large portions, good service, and decent prices. Good steaks and excellent burgers are available, along with an awesome sauerbraten in season. However, there are no refills for soda; each soda is charged separately. Some customers wish for Prime steaks and meats as an option.
